An affirmation is something we say to ourselves, either realising we are saying it or not, for example when you say "I adore swimming in the sea". You are giving yourself a positive affirmation without realizing you are doing it. They are positive thoughts and statements of what you are wanting to achieve.
Stuck in a negative thinking process? Well you can change it.
Problems at work? Want to get promotion but don't know how? Is your attitude at work not as positive as it should be?

Go and get some cards, write them down and put them where you can see them, tape them to a mirror, or put them in your wallet, or on your computer screen, or even your fridge which you go into every day!
Once you have decided which ones you want to use, say them daily to yourself. Afformations need to be read when you get up in the morning, during the day and before you go to sleep. It is reported that whatever your last thoughts are at night, your mind will think on whilst asleep.
