Subconscious programming

Subconscious programming has a vital part to play in your self improvement training. It needs to be treated seriously in order for you to have a positive outlook on life, and to move forward from the position you are now.

Did you know you have tens of billions of braincells, and each one of these is capable of receiving and storing information, but it's believed that you only use about 10% of your potential.  That is quite some figure that is unused

Does subconscious programming work while you are asleep?

Attitude has so much to do with how you act, and also how it can affect everything you do in life. You don't want to become an IF person - if only I had done this or that......... which you will do if you don't learn to tighten up your attitude and train your subconscious mind.

If you tell yourself "I'm exhausted" - guess what, you will be exhausted. The power of subconscious mind has found stored information and acts accordingly to tell you how tired you are.

Think about anyone successful you know, I bet they have boundless energy - purely because they are motivated by what they do and have also conditioned the powers of the mind to tell it that they have tasks that need doing.

Successful people are NOW people, not IF people. They get things done.

YOU CAN TOO. The power of the subconscious mind is there for you to use. It is possible for you to take control of your life by fine tuning your subconscious programming.

The power of the subconscious mind will take anything you tell it - negative or positive. This is why you need to be aware of what you are putting in to it. The old saying - Garbage in, garbage out, applies here! It acts extremely quickly on any information you give it, and it will embrace it totally.

Even in sleep the subconscious mind is working away. That's why we dream. If you think about it, the dream is usually something we were thinking about that day. Go to bed with positive thoughts, and the subconscious will work on them.

Why do you think you are advised to "sleep on it" when you have a difficult decision to make?

Every successful person has a way of using subconscious programming by conditioning the mind with exactly what they want - they are so focused that they don't let anything else interfere with it.
